A: Typically, we package our products in neutral brown cartons. Should you possess a legally registered patent, we are happy to pack the items in your branded boxes upon receipt of your authorization letters.

A: We require a 30% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 70% before Telex Release. We will provide you with product and packaging photos before you settle the balance.

A: Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, and CIF.

A: Generally, delivery takes between 10 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The exact timeline depends on the specific items and the quantity of your order.
