A: Typically, we package our products in neutral brown cartons. However, if you have a legally registered patent, we can customize the packing to feature your branded boxes, provided we receive authorization letters from you.

A: We require 30% of the payment as a deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% due before the Telex Release. Prior to the final payment, we will provide you with photos of the products and their packaging.
