A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.

A: We require T/T 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due before Telex Release. We will provide you with photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.

A: We offer delivery terms including EXW, FOB, and CIF.

A: Generally, delivery takes 10 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the specific items and the quantity of your order.
