A: Typically, we package our products in neutral brown cartons. However, if you have a legally registered patent, we can use your branded boxes, given we have received your authorization letters.

A: We require a T/T payment of 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due before Telex Release. We will provide you with photos of the products and packaging prior to the final payment.
